Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Monarch Destiny provides personalised digital Vedic astrology and numerology reports. Every report is individually prepared for your exact birth details, which is why our refund terms depend on whether preparation of your report has begun.

2. Cancellation & Full Refund (Before Report Preparation)

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund within 48 hours of payment, provided your report has not yet been generated. To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp or email (details below) with your order ID.

3. After Report Delivery

Once a report has been generated and delivered to your email or client portal, the service is considered fulfilled and no refund will be issued. Each report is a bespoke digital product created solely for you and cannot be returned.

4. Incorrect Birth Details

If you discover that you submitted incorrect birth details (date, time, or place), contact us immediately. If report preparation has not started, we will correct the details at no charge. If the report was already delivered using the details you provided, a refund is not available, but we will assist you with a discounted regeneration at our discretion.

5. Failed, Duplicate, or Excess Payments

If a payment fails but the amount is debited from your account, or you are charged more than once for the same order, the excess amount will be refunded in full once verified. Such refunds are initiated within 2 business days of verification.

6. Rejected Payment Verification

For manual payments (UPI or bank transfer with screenshot), if we cannot verify your payment we will notify you with the reason and you may resubmit proof. If a valid payment was made but the order cannot proceed, the amount will be refunded in full.

7. Non-Delivery

Reports are normally delivered within 24–48 hours of payment verification. If your report is not delivered within 7 days of payment and you no longer wish to wait, you are entitled to a full refund.

8. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Refunds initiated by us are processed within 5–7 business days; the time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

9. Nature of the Service

Astrological interpretations reflect traditional Vedic perspectives and are provided for guidance. Dissatisfaction with the astrological outlook described in an accurately prepared report does not qualify for a refund. See our Terms of Service for details.
