3. User Accounts

To access our services, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are processed through manual verification (bank transfer, UPI, or equivalent). Once a report has been generated and delivered, no refunds will be issued. If a report has not yet been generated, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of payment. To request a refund, contact us via WhatsApp or email.

5. Nature of Astrological Services

Astrological and numerological readings are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. While our calculations use precise astronomical data (Swiss Ephemeris), interpretations represent traditional Vedic astrological perspectives and should not be taken as guaranteed predictions. We do not claim to predict the future with certainty. You are advised to use your own judgement in all life decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

All reports, content, designs, and materials on this Platform are the intellectual property of Monarch Destiny. Reports generated for you are for your personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share report content without written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to: attempting unauthorized access, submitting false information, abusing the chat system, or using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

Monarch Destiny shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on astrological interpretations. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
